Cerberus Parental Control — Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Cerberus parent account and associated data (profile, paired devices, app rules, usage logs, and activity records).

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the Cerberus Parent app.
  2. Unlink any paired child devices if you want device-linked data removed first.
  3. Email getcerberusapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Cerberus Data Deletion Request.
  4. Include your registered email and any paired child device names (optional).
  5. We will confirm and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

When we process a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize:

  • Parent account profile information
  • Authentication and session records associated with the account
  • Paired child device records and related app rules
  • Usage summaries and activity / guardian logs tied to those devices
  • Alerts and access requests associated with the account

Local app data on your devices is cleared when you sign out and uninstall the apps.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you may also remove Cerberus from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. To delete data stored on Cerberus servers, still send a deletion request to getcerberusapp@gmail.com.
